We started University Press Club News Portal not because we had a big plan, but because so many students and folks looking for Student Aid Updates, Social Security Updates, VA Benefits Updates etc were getting confused in United States. Forms here, deadlines there — and no one place to track all that stuff in simple terms.
We’re not a big company or a news agency. Just a few of us who thought, “Hey, let’s make a website that explains things the way people actually talk.”
This site isn’t linked with the any official authority. What we do is go through the announcements, the latest updates related to FAFSA, Social Security, Student Aid, SNAP Benefits, VA Benefits etc and break them down in a way that makes sense.
Sometimes we might miss something or post a date a little late — we’re human. But we do our best to keep things accurate and timely. And if you ever catch a mistake, just email us. We’ll take a look and fix it.
