DMCA Policy

So here’s the thing — we really respect original work. If you’re a creator, artist, writer, or publisher, your content is your property. And we get that. That’s why we take copyright issues seriously, and we try to stay fully aligned with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Even though we do our best to avoid copyright conflicts, sometimes content slips through the cracks. If you think something we’ve posted — even unintentionally — violates your copyright, just let us know.

If You Think We’ve Used Your Work Without Permission

Please send us a notice. But not just any message — there’s a certain structure that’s required. Here’s what you’ll need to include:

  • A quick but clear description of the original work that you believe we’ve used without permission.
  • The specific URL or spot on our site where you saw the material. This helps a lot.
  • Your contact details — name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A simple statement (in your own words is fine) that says you truly believe this usage isn’t authorized.
  • Another statement (this one’s legal): say that the info you’re providing is accurate, and that you’re either the rights holder or you’ve got the legal authority to speak for them.
  • Lastly, we’ll need your signature. That can be typed if you’re sending this by email.

Send all that to us at 📧 [email protected]

What We’ll Do Next

Once we’ve received your message and it checks all the legal boxes, we’ll:

  • Review the claim
  • Remove the material if the claim is valid
  • Possibly reach out to whoever submitted the content in the first place
  • And let you know what steps we’ve taken

We’re not here to argue. If a mistake’s been made, we’ll fix it.

Think We Took Something Down by Mistake?

If you’re someone who got a takedown notice from us and you think we messed up — maybe you actually own the content or had permission to use it — you can file a counter-notice. It should include:

  • Info about what was removed and where it was before
  • A statement saying you believe the takedown was incorrect
  • Your name and full contact info
  • A sentence that says you agree to go to court in case this ends up there (standard legal stuff)
  • Your signature

Same email: 📧 [email protected]

Once we get this and everything checks out, we might repost the content — unless the original complainant files a formal court request.

Just To Be Clear

We don’t make money from other people’s work. If something ended up on our site that belongs to someone else, it wasn’t intentional. We’re not a big team — but we do care about doing the right thing.

We try to be fair and responsive, even if there’s a delay. So don’t worry — we’ll read your email and take it seriously.

Thanks for understanding,
